Hāmākua Harvest strives to promote local food resiliency and a healthy, vibrant community. When you donate, your dollars help ensure that the market, demonstration orchard, and educational programs we operate continue to thrive.
Your donations go to support great things, such as:
- Fresh, nutritious, local food for our rural residents with otherwise limited access.
- A sales outlet for small homegrown businesses to sell their goods, develop relationships, and grow the local economy.
- Hands on education and stimulating converation about local food production. From diverse crops and cultures, to soils, seasonality, storage, and more, Hāmākua Harvest is a vital spark for positive change.
- A breathtaking gathering place supported by our long term lease of the scenic lands we steward, market equipment such as supplies, signs, and permits, and so much more.
